Celebrating its 30th Anniversary of Carrousel of the Nations, the Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County every June celebrates its multi-ethnic culture with a three week festival. The cultural centers of Windsor and Essex County’s many ethnic communities display their food, art, history, and dance for all to see.
